Electrical Foreman Job Duties:

Manage electrical projects, lead a team of electricians, and ensure that all work is completed safely and efficiently. Supervise and lead electricians across various projects. Coordinate and schedule daily work assignments. Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and construction documents. Ensure all work complies with OSHA regulations and safety standards. Collaborate with project managers to meet project deadlines. Conduct regular inspections to maintain high work quality. Manage project budgets and expenses. Provide training and mentorship to junior staff. Perform hands-on tasks such as conduit bending and installation, working with hand and hydraulic benders, handling pipes up to 4 inches, and installing lighting fixtures, outlets, wiring, and dressing panels, including pulling MC/BX cable.

Electrical Foreman Qualifications:

Extensive experience in construction management, overseeing the full lifecycle of electrical projects. Proficient in handling new construction projects, office fit-outs, multi-dwelling unit build-outs, and mid to high-rise construction, with project budgets ranging from $10k to $1M+. OSHA 30 and SST (10-hour Site Safety Training) certifications required; SST Supervisor card is a plus. Must be able to work in NYC. Standard work hours are Mon-Fri from 7 AM to 3:30 PM; overtime availability is preferred. Strong familiarity with project scheduling. Knowledgeable in construction estimating. Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints. Solid understanding of OSHA regulations and safety protocols. Skilled in reading electrical schematics. Proven track record of supervising electrical teams.

Compensation :
