This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has strong concrete construction experience and enjoys leading a crew, managing daily jobsite operations, and making sure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. This position offers $30/hr , with a company truck and gas card after 90 days , along with benefits beginning after 90 days .

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of leadership/supervisory experience Concrete construction experience required OSHA 10 certification Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass an MVR check Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus, but not required

Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and supervise construction crews Conduct daily jobsite meetings and communicate expectations Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications Enforce jobsite safety procedures Complete daily job reports and track employee time Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment Work hands-on to support project completion Communicate with Project Managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and customers

Physical Requirements:
