  • Concrete Projects | $26
  • 30/hr | Travel Required We are currently hiring a Working Construction Leader for commercial concrete projects based in the eastern U.
S. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires frequent travel (approximately 70-75% of the time). This is a working Foreman role. All travel expenses are fully covered, and employees receive a weekly per diem for meals and incidentals. Candidates with prior leadership experience in construction or concrete work are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage crews on construction projects from start to finish Coordinate work tasks, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency on the job site Perform concrete trade activities such as forming, mixing, pouring, and finishing when needed Collaborate with team members and independently manage tasks depending on project scope Troubleshoot and solve problems as they arise to keep projects on track
Qualifications:
3-5 years of leadership or crew management experience (preferred) Previous concrete or general construction experience (preferred but not required) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality results Effective communication and problem-solving skills Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay:
$26
  • 30/hr, depending on experience Weekly direct deposit 100% of travel expenses paid by the company $45/day per diem (based on 7 days) Health, dental, vision, and life insurance included in a comprehensive benefits package
