Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Construction Foreman to lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate daily operations on-site, supervise crews, ensure safety compliance, and maintain project schedules and budgets. Your leadership will drive project success by managing resources effectively, reading blueprints and schematics accurately, and ensuring quality standards are met. Duties Lead and supervise construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient workflow and safety compliance. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to guide on-site activities accurately. Monitor project budgets, track costs, and manage procurement processes.. Enforce safety protocols in accordance with OSHA, company, and local laws and standards; conduct regular safety inspections on-site. Coordinate with project managers to ensure adherence to contracts, scope of work, and quality control standards. Use proper communication skills to relay all information to supervisor and subordinates. Requirements Proven experience in construction site supervision with a strong background in general construction. Demonstrated management skills with supervising experience in diverse construction environments. Knowledge of OSHA and local safety regulations and ability to enforce safety standards effectively. Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating techniques. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
