Qualifications:
Current certification in MRI (ARRT-MR or equivalent) Valid, unrestricted state license (if required by state regulations) Previous experience in MRI imaging, preferably in a hospital or clinical environment Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and quality care standards
Key Responsibilities:
Perform MRI procedures according to established protocols, ensuring patient comfort and safety Operate MRI equipment and related technology with attention to detail Accurately document and report imaging results to radiologists and ordering providers Prepare patients for procedures, explaining steps and addressing concerns Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment to meet safety and performance standards Adhere to all facility policies, HIPAA regulations, and infection control guidelines
