POSITION TITLE
Field Service Foreman Are you looking for a challenging position where you can demonstrate your leadership and carpentry skills overseeing a crew in the roofing, siding, and solar trades? POSITION TYPE
Full Time - Hourly
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
Lead crew and provide installation direction to Field Service Technician(s) while maintaining full accountability for installation and service call execution daily Perform roofing/siding repairs and small project replacements on residential and commercial properties Maintain neat and organized job sites at all times as well as deliver impeccable cleanup at job completion each day Distribute "pardon our mess" door knockers at job start to surrounding neighbors Assist in taking before, during, and after photos during a repair/replacement projects Reciprocate team accountability with Field Service Technician relative to external communication with customer and internal communication with RRC Branch Operations Team Identify any materials shortages each day to ensure all materials are on site to complete project without delay Conduct verbal and digital progress communication with property owner with reference to Company Cam installation photos each day Keep vehicle stocked with all necessary job materials daily Adopt & utilize in-house CRM (JobProgress)
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Availability Monday thru Saturday 2-3 years of roofing experience required Understanding of common roof leak causes and water management Understanding of basic construction framing principles and ability to read framing and speed squares Advanced understanding and ability to fabricate sheet metal using brake Advanced understanding of basic roofing/siding hand tools, as well as but not limited to, pneumatic roof/siding nailers, finish nailers, circular saws, table saws, and framing nailers Manage multiple tasks at one-time throughout the day Ability to lead and direct a team Ability to lift up to 100lbs Ability to climb up ladders onto roofs and scaffolding with confidence Drivers license
COMPENSATION
$25-40/hour
Pay:
$25.00 - $40.00 per hour
