The primary duties are:

Will work closely with the Project Managers and Production Team to ensure timely completion of all roof projects. Hands-on manager that leads team to follow all OSHA regulations, Kautz and customer safety policies and procedures, and complete projects safely and within budget. Lead a 5-10 person crew to accomplish required goals. Complete daily job reports with daily communication with the Superintendent and Project Manager. Available every day regardless of weather. Maintain work truck; clean and stocked as needed. Requirements Minimum 5 years of Commercial Roofing experience - EPDM, TPO, and PVC Hands-on team player with excellent communication skills; able to motivate teams, and train as needed. Able to solve problems quickly, balance priorities and work with minimal supervision. Willing and able to perform all tasks efficiently and with a professional level of craftsmanship. Ability to delegate responsibilities to crew members and contractors, ensuring efficient and productive workflow. Excellent customer service skills. Valid Driver's License Spanish speaking is a plus but not required. Agree to pre-employment drug screening.
