Job Description

Hiltz Propane Systems is looking for an experienced Pipefitter Foreman to lead commercial propane installation projects throughout the East Coast. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working with a crew, traveling, and building quality systems from start to finish. What We Offer Competitive pay , based on experience Consistent overtime opportunities Company vehicle Company-paid lodging and meal stipend while traveling Company-provided tools, PPE, and uniforms Boot reimbursement and company apparel stipend Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with 3% company match after one year Paid time off and paid holidays Life and disability insurance Annual profit-sharing Additional voluntary benefits What You'll Do Lead a crew and manage daily job-site activities Install commercial and bulk propane systems Perform hands-on work including piping, cutting, threading, welding, and equipment operation Read and follow drawings, schematics, and project plans Conduct job-site safety checks and ensure work is completed safely Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower Track project progress and complete daily job-site reports Communicate with project managers, customers, subcontractors, and other team members Troubleshoot job-site issues and help keep projects on schedule Ensure installations meet quality and project requirements What We're Looking For At least 2 years of leadership or foreman experience in construction, industrial, piping, or a related field Strong mechanical skills and ability to read drawings and schematics Willingness to perform hands-on installation work Propane experience is a plus; CETP training or willingness to obtain is preferred Experience operating heavy equipment is a plus Strong commitment to safety and quality Dependable, organized, and able to lead a crew Comfortable working outdoors and traveling extensively throughout the East Coast Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements About Hiltz Propane Systems Hiltz Propane Systems has been designing, engineering, installing, and servicing commercial, industrial, and retail propane systems since 2011.
