What You'll Do as a Foreman Lead a small installation crew and direct daily job-site activities to keep projects safe, productive, and on schedule. Oversee the installation of large commercial and industrial bulk propane systems, ensuring all work meets project specifications and quality standards. Perform and oversee hands-on installation work involving piping layout, cutting, threading, equipment operation, and other construction activities. Welding experience is a plus, but not required. Communicate safety expectations, conduct job-site hazard assessments, and promote a strong culture of safety. Monitor project progress, maintain daily logs, and provide regular updates to supervisors and project management teams. Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, tools, and heavy equipment to support efficient project execution. Solve job-site challenges and address safety or operational concerns in partnership with management. Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.

Our Ideal Foreman Experienced Leader:

At least two years of crew leadership experience in industrial construction, mechanical or commercial piping, millwright work, excavation or sitework, utilities, tank installation, equipment installation, commercial plumbing, welding or fabrication, or a similar hands-on field.

Mechanically Skilled:

Can read schematics and detailed site drawings, has strong mechanical aptitude, and is willing to work alongside the crew. Experience operating heavy equipment is a plus. Ready to Learn the

Industry:

Previous propane experience is not required. Basic propane knowledge or CETP training is a plus, and we will provide the industry-specific training needed for the role.
