Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Waterproofing Foreman to lead, install and oversee waterproofing operations on construction sites. This pivotal role involves managing teams, ensuring quality standards, and adhering to safety regulations to deliver durable waterproofing solutions for various commercial and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction site experience, and a comprehensive understanding of waterproofing techniques, construction management software, and safety protocols. Duties Lead, supervise, and coordinate waterproofing crews on active construction sites to ensure timely project completion Review construction drawings, schematics, and technical specifications to interpret project requirements accurately Manage daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization using construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, or similar tools Conduct quality control inspections to verify waterproofing application standards meet project specifications and industry regulations Enforce adherence to federal construction safety regulations (OSHA) and company safety protocols across all team activities Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to coordinate construction schedules and resolve technical issues promptly Oversee budget management for waterproofing tasks, including material procurement and labor costs while maintaining cost-effective practices Requirements Proven experience supervising waterproofing or related construction trades on commercial or infrastructure projects Strong knowledge of construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera P6, HeavyBid or equivalent tools Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and construction schedules effectively Familiarity with construction safety management practices aligned with OSHA standards and federal regulations Hands-on experience with waterproofing techniques including membrane installation, sealants, coatings, and pipeline protection systems Excellent crew management skills with the ability to lead teams in high-pressure environments while maintaining safety and quality standards Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously with effective communication of project scope and progress to stakeholders Valid knowledge of construction regulations related to waterproofing applications in commercial settings Join our team as a Waterproofing Foreman where your expertise will ensure the integrity of our projects through superior craftsmanship and leadership.
