Job Description
Robert Koppenhaver Builder & Contracting Co is looking for an energetic Working Foreman to join our team . This person will be tasked to lead, manage, and coordinate construction projects in accordance with Company policies/procedures and required regulations. Daily interaction and communication with customers, vendors, team members, and management is required. Foreman Functions & Responsibilities Coordinate job duties and delegate tasks to construction workers and sub-contractors Engage in all aspects of construction necessary to complete a project Ensure quality skills are applied by each workman, and guarantee product quality is achieved by working accurately and efficiently Make sure all safe work practices and safe housekeeping practices are followed at all times Document daily activities and material/parts used Create and maintain positive working relationships with crew members, vendors, suppliers, and sub-contractors to maintain a timely flow of supplies, materials, and sub-contractor work Please only apply if qualifications are met. Foreman Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED Field Construction experience Strong work ethic Reliable employee Detail oriented Strong communication skills Must be a self-starter Other Foreman Job Specifications Equipment operation experience is a plus Ability to read and interpret drawings/prints is preferred Ability to lift 50-100lbs when necessary during the course of performing their necessary duties Work outside during all types of weather Work under time constraints efficiently and have the ability to work well with others Follow all company procedures Foreman Work Schedule & Details Monday-Friday Full-Time (40 hours / Week) 6:00am-3:00pm Office is located at: 20 School Road, Spring Glen, PA 17978 Commute to the office is required, company vehicles are provided for transportation from the office to jobsites Works closely with all crew members, but reports to the company owner and project manager.
