Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Foreman to lead and supervise construction projects from start to finish. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate daily operations on-site, manage teams of skilled workers, and ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications. Your expertise in construction management, safety regulations, and technical drawing interpretation will drive project success and uphold the highest standards of quality. Duties Lead and supervise construction crews, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans and schedules Coordinate construction activities with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain seamless workflow Review blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to interpret project requirements accurately Monitor construction schedule coordination using tools like Primavera P6 or Procore to meet deadlines Enforce OSHA safety regulations and federal construction safety standards to maintain a safe work environment Conduct quality control inspections and oversee construction safety management practices on-site Manage site logistics, including equipment use such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and managing pipeline installations when applicable Review contracts, manage budgets, and track project progress using construction management software such as Prolog or HeavyBid Supervise team performance through effective management techniques, crew management strategies, and managerial communication skills Requirements Proven experience in heavy civil or commercial construction projects with a strong background in construction site management Extensive knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards (OSHA), and federal safety protocols Proficiency with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera, Prolog, HeavyBid or similar tools Ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings and technical specifications accurately Demonstrated experience managing teams in a construction management role with excellent supervisory skills Strong understanding of project scheduling, construction scheduling techniques, and site logistics coordination Skilled in managing contracts, budgeting processes, and quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle Excellent managerial communication skills to coordinate between teams, clients, and stakeholders effectively Valid OSHA certification and familiarity with construction safety management practices Hands-on experience with construction equipment testing tools like ohmmeters is preferred Construction experience in pipeline installation or heavy infrastructure projects is a plus Join us as a Construction Foreman where your leadership will shape the future of our projects!
