Construction Pipe Foreman - Underground Utilities Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Pipe Foreman to organize and lead a crew in a safe and productive manner. This role involves tracking production, maintaining a clean job site, and working closely with the Site Superintendent. Responsibilities Organize and lead a crew in a safe and productive manner. Track production and complete paperwork daily. Maintain a clean and tidy job site. Lead by example and teach the crew along the way. Relay production goals to the crew and hold them accountable to meet them. Work closely with the Site Superintendent. Follow company policies and procedures. Essential Skills Experience managing a heavy equipment operating crew. If you have never been a foreman but have lots of pipe experience, this can be an opportunity to work into this role! Ability to run multiple pieces of equipment such as Excavator, Dozer, Track Hoe, and Grader at the highest level. Experience with GPS systems like Trimble and TopCon. Strong leadership abilities and great interpersonal skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications HEO experience. Experience leading a crew without necessarily having Superintendent experience.
