We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman to lead field crews and deliver high-quality plumbing installations on commercial projects. Position Summary The Plumbing Foreman is responsible for supervising field personnel, coordinating daily site operations, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining production schedules on commercial plumbing projects. This role requires a seasoned plumbing professional with strong leadership ability and field experience. Qualifications 5-10 years of commercial plumbing experience 2+ years in a lead or foreman capacity preferred Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems (DWV, water distribution, gas piping, equipment set, etc.) Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents Experience coordinating with general contractors and other trades OSHA knowledge and jobsite safety leadership Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate plumbing crews onsite Plan daily work activities to meet production goals Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications Track materials and coordinate deliveries Mentor and develop field personnel Maintain communication with project managers and superintendents Enforce safety standards and company policies What We're Looking For Stable work history (minimal job hopping) Strong communicator with leadership presence Accountability-driven and solution-oriented Commercial construction background required Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation (based on experience) Health, dental, vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Growth opportunities within a growing mechanical contractor
