Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead our electrical construction Multi - Family projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, project management, and team leadership. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and effective communication skills to manage both the team and client expectations. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of electrical crews on job sites. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations. Manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks while adhering to quality control measures. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore for project tracking and documentation. Conduct regular inspections of work performed by team members to maintain high-quality standards. Collaborate with project managers on construction estimating and contract negotiations. Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for testing electrical systems and troubleshooting issues. Provide training and mentorship to junior electricians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Experience Proven experience in electrical multi-family construction, with a minimum of four years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of construction management principles, including project scheduling. Experience with quality control processes in electrical installations. Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations related to electrical work. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
