Job Description

Overview We are seeking an experienced, skilled, and detail-oriented Plumbing Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial plumbing and managing crews. This role is essential for ensuring the quality and precision of our plumbing components used in various applications. Duties Ensure all industrial plumbing installations are assembled and installed according to specifications and blueprints. Assist their crew in all areas of the installation including operating any machinery and tools in order to complete the work in a timely manner. Ensure their crew utilizes hand tools to perform tasks including bending, cutting, and fastening all plumbing components. Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards. Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines. Skills Strong understanding of all industrial plumbing installation techniques. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Effective communication skills for collaboration within a team setting. Familiarity with safety regulations related to sheet metal work.
