Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Foreman to lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish. In this vital role, you will coordinate daily operations on-site, manage construction teams, ensure safety compliance, and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. Your leadership will drive project success by supervising crews, interpreting technical drawings, and maintaining strict adherence to construction regulations. Responsibilities Lead and manage construction crews, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely Interpret and review blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications to guide on-site activities Enforce OSHA standards and federal construction safety regulations across all site operations Oversee quality control processes, including construction safety management and adherence to building codes Requirements Proven experience in heavy civil or commercial construction management with a strong background in supervising teams on-site Extensive knowledge of construction regulations including OSHA standards and federal safety protocols Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings accurately Strong skills in project scheduling, construction safety management, and quality control practices Demonstrated experience managing budgets, timelines, and subcontractor relationships effectively Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams confidently Hands-on experience with construction site operations including pipeline projects or large-scale commercial developments Valid certifications in OSHA safety standards This position is not just a supervisory poisition.
