This position is for a trained professional can perform lash extensions under an hour and a half. Duties Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring a comfortable and safe experience for each client Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable lash styles and lengths Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards, including sterilization of tools and workspaces Provide complementary aesthetic treatments such as brow shaping or lash lifts to enhance overall client satisfaction Manage client appointments efficiently using salon software like Millennium or MINDBODY, ensuring smooth scheduling Promote retail sales of lash care products, skincare items, and other beauty essentials through upselling techniques Engage with clients via social media management platforms to showcase work, promote specials, and build community Experience Proven experience working in the beauty industry, specifically with eyelash extensions or related aesthetic treatments Knowledge of management practices within salon or spa settings to coordinate appointments and client flow Familiarity with salon software such as Millennium or
