PAY & SCHEDULE
Pay:
$55
- 65/hr, based on experience
Per Diem:
$160/day
Schedule:
6 days/week, 12-hour shifts
Shifts:
Must be able to work either day or night shift
Overtime:
Available/required as needed
Travel:
80%+

POSITION
We are seeking experienced Electrical Foremen with a strong heavy industrial electrical background and proven experience leading crews and managing field operations. Foremen will be responsible for leading crews, coordinating daily work, managing manpower, reading and interpreting plans, coordinating with other trades, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.
REQUIREMENTS
10+ years of field electrical experience required 5+ years of Electrical Foreman experience required Licensed Journeyman Electrician
REQUIRED
Journeyman license from any state accepted OSHA 30 required Heavy industrial electrical construction experience Proven experience leading and managing electrical crews Ability to coordinate daily work activities and manpower Strong ability to read and interpret electrical plans, blueprints, one-lines, and schematics Experience coordinating work with other trades, supervisors, and project management Ability to manage multiple crews and maintain productivity Strong knowledge of electrical installation, terminations, power distribution, and jobsite safety Knowledge of NFPA 70E, LOTO, grounding, and electrical safety Must be willing to work 6 × 12-hour shifts Must be able to work either day or night shift Must be willing to travel 80%+ PREFERRED
EXPERIENCE
Large-scale heavy industrial projects Data-center electrical construction 415/480V electrical systems Switchgear and MSB installation 480V busway, PDU, and UPS installation Electrical commissioning experience Experience managing large electrical crews
