Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pipe Foreman to lead and oversee pipeline construction projects from start to finish. This role is vital in ensuring that all pipeline installation activities are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The Pipe Foreman will coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and field crews to deliver successful project outcomes while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols and project specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader passionate about construction management and utility projects. Responsibilities Supervise and direct all on-site pipe installation activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget Coordinate daily operations with project managers, engineers, and superintendents to align project goals and timelines Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings to guide installation processes accurately Manage construction site safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies Oversee quality control measures, ensuring all work meets specified standards and contractual requirements Supervise field personnel, providing guidance on technical tasks including blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and use of construction site equipment Ensure all work adheres to safety standards related to pipeline installation, including proper handling of materials and equipment Skills Proven experience in construction management with a focus on utilities projects and heavy civil work Strong supervising experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively 5+ years of experience in Foreman position 5+ years experience with Heavy Equipment Excellent understanding of blueprint reading and interpretation of drawings and plans Knowledge of OSHA safety standards specific to pipeline construction sites Hands-on experience with construction site activities including use of heavy equipment Strong communication skills for coordinating between field teams and office staff Bilingual - Spanish/English Join us as a Pipe Foreman/ Supervisor if you're ready to lead impactful projects that shape infrastructure while working in a fast-paced environment that values safety, quality, and teamwork.
