Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pipe Foreman to lead and oversee pipe installation projects within the construction industry. In this role, you will manage a team of skilled workers, coordinate pipe installation activities, and ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and regulations. Your expertise in construction management, blueprint reading, and safety protocols will drive the success of our pipeline and heavy civil projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead large teams, manage complex schedules, and contribute to critical infrastructure development. Responsibilities Supervise and manage pipe installation crews on construction sites, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to plans and specifications Coordinate construction schedules with project managers to meet project deadlines Review construction drawings and technical documents to interpret specifications accurately for pipeline installation Oversee quality control measures, ensuring adherence to construction safety regulations such as OSHA standards and federal safety protocols Manage subcontractors, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication across all phases of the project Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with construction regulations Monitor project budgets, track progress, and report on project status regularly Enforce safety policies related to heavy civil construction, including pipeline installation procedures and OSHA compliance requirements Review contracts, change orders, and manage documentation related to project scope changes or issues that arise during construction Skills Extensive experience in heavy civil or pipeline construction management with a focus on pipe installation projects Proficiency in construction management software such as , Bluebeam, and other relevant tools Strong understanding of blueprint reading, technical drawings interpretation, and construction drawing review Proven ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high safety standards Knowledge of federal construction safety regulations (OSHA) and industry best practices for construction safety management Skilled in project scheduling, coordinating construction schedules with multiple stakeholders to meet deadlines Excellent managerial communication skills for supervising crews, managing subcontractors, and liaising with clients or project owners Ability to interpret technical specifications related to pipeline systems and electrical testing equipment like ohmmeters Experience supervising large crews on complex projects with a focus on quality control and safety compliance Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to budgets and timelines Join us as a Pipe Foreman if you're ready to lead impactful infrastructure projects with energy and precision!
