Excess of $100,000 About Us We are a premier Utilities, Pipe Laying and Utilities Company based in Lubbock, Texas. We pride ourselves on executing high-quality projects safely, on time, and within budget. We are seeking strong leaders to serve as Foreman/Crew Chief to oversee one of our 3-4-man field operations teams, follow explicit directions, maintain operating equipment, enforce safety rules, and complete jobs in a timely manner.Job Details Job Title:

$40/Hr. (40 Hours Guaranteed)/Overtime/Quarterly Profit-Sharing Bonus Extra Pay:
Quarterly Bonus and Paid Overtime Expected Total Pay:
$100,000 per year. What You Will Do Lead a 3-to-4-person pipe laying crew on site. Keep the job safe and clean. Make sure work follows the plan and schedule. Train team members and lead daily work. Implement new or modified plans in response to delays, harsh weather, or construction site emergencies. What You Need Past work as a pipe laying foreman and a TCEQ Occupational License.- Water Operator License A, B, or C, or Wastewater Operator License A, B, or C preferred.
- Know how to use heavy machines safely.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and hold field crews accountable.
- Coordinate daily activities for pipe installations, alignment, layout, and welding operations.
- Interpret blueprint / P&IDs.
- Have a valid driver's license: A valid Texas Class "A" Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Preferred
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screening.
