Job Summary Loenbro is seeking to hire an experienced Piping Foreman. This role involves overseeing the planning, scheduling, estimating, and management of construction projects. The selected candidate will lead and coordinate a team, directing their tasks and ensuring adherence to project guidelines and instructions. The ideal candidate should possess an unwavering commitment to safety, strong personal initiative, excellent planning and problem-solving capabilities, and effective people skills. Loenbro is a rapidly growing company seeking individuals eager to advance their careers. Essential Job Responsibilities Supervise daily work of employees. Verifies conformance of finished work product. Ensures that all employees within the job receive proper training in operating machines they will be using. Responsible for the successful completion of all activities. Ensure all tasks are completed with the highest level of safety. Assist in the implementation of QA/QC programs.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
Minimum 5+ years as a Foreman in the Industrial construction industry. Engineering or Construction Management Degree preferred. Construction background. Ability to meet fast-paced, changing schedules and priorities.
Preferred:
Fabrication shop exp. is preferred. Strong awareness of industry recommended practices, OSHA requirements, equipment, and QA/QC. Microsoft Office and Microsoft Projects proficiency. Valid driver's license. Work Environment:
Potential exposure to extreme cold and hot temperatures. Manufacturing, pipeline, and refining environment. Fit and move in confined spaces including tanks and vessels. Limited working surfaces. Exposure to noise above 85 decibels and intense odors. Exposure to areas with limited visibility. This role requires compliance with all applicable safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and Loenbro's Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies.
