Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate dirt and excavation crews Plan daily work and keep projects on schedule Read and understand civil plans, grades, and elevations Oversee excavation, grading, dirt work, and backfill operations Coordinate equipment operators and monitor production Maintain quality and safety standards on the jobsite Communicate with project management, inspectors, and subcontractors Track daily production, manpower, and equipment Provide leadership and direction to crew members Qualifications Previous 8+ years experience as a Civil/Dirt Foreman Strong experience with excavation, grading, and site development Ability to read civil construction plans and understand grades/elevations Experience working with heavy dirt equipment Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Dependable and able to work independently Valid driver's license with clean MVR What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Company fuel card Truck use reimbursement Health, dental & vision insurance Full-time, steady work Opportunity for growth If you have the experience to lead a dirt crew and keep a project moving safely and efficiently, we'd like to hear from you.
