Job Duties:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electrical crews on commercial construction projects Interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and specifications to plan and lay out work Direct the installation of conduit, wire, panels, switchgear, lighting, receptacles, and other electrical systems Ensure all electrical work is performed in compliance with local building codes and company quality standards Assign tasks, monitor crew productivity, and maintain project schedules Perform material take-offs, order supplies, and coordinate deliveries to keep jobs on track Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to resolve conflicts and coordinate workflow Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members to develop skills and promote safe work practices Prepare and maintain accurate daily reports, time records, and progress updates
Qualifications:
Valid Texas Journeyman Electrical License Able to pass a background check and a drug screening 3+ years of relevant experience 1+ years as a
