Supervise and coordinate daily activities of piping crews on our projects Interpret blueprints, specifications, and shop drawings to plan and lay out piping systems Direct installation of hydronic piping systems, pumps, boilers, chillers, etc Ensure all work is completed in compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company quality requirements Schedule manpower, assign tasks, and monitor productivity to meet project deadlines Perform material take-offs, order supplies, and coordinate deliveries to maintain efficient workflow Conduct site inspections to verify proper installation, pressure testing, and system performance Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to resolve conflicts and maintain project progress Maintain accurate daily reports, timekeeping records, and progress updates for management Enforce company safety policies, conduct jobsite safety meetings, and ensure proper use of PPE Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical guidance during installation and commissioning phasesQualifications:
2+ years as a Hydronic Piping Foreman Able to pass a background check and a drug screening Must have a driver's license and reliable transportationBenefits:
