As a comprehensive remodeling firm, we manage all facets of home improvement—both interior and exterior. Our projects range from building fences, decks, and outdoor kitchens to working on roofing, siding, doors, and windows, as well as flooring, painting, sheetrock, and cabinetry. We seek motivated, independent problem-solvers with experience who can efficiently mangage and preform all required task on projects. This enables me to focus on other crucial business matters without being constantly present at the job site. Additionally, we are open to hiring individuals without a truck, provided they have the expertise on these types of job sites and contribute to cost savings. Responsibilities Lead a construction crew, ensuring safety protocols and quality standards like keeping a clean jobsite at the end of every day Be able to deal with customers in a freindy attitude, making them feel that their home is important to us. Perform a wide range of carpentry tasks, including some trim carpentry, framing, door hanging, cabinet installation, siding, and roofing. Much of what we do is outdoor decks, patios,siding and fences, but you must be well-rounded and at least understand many things about remodeling, like painting as we do it all! Possess ,and utilize your own hand tools and power tools. We expect you to have at least the basic tools to be self-sufficient: circular saw, dills, saw-zaw, Jig saw Make a list on the fly at a particular job site materials needed and then be able to go get those items, even if you need me to pay for them over the phone. Manage restoration projects involving water damage remediation, mold remediation, drywall, water damage restoration, and general renovation efforts Install fixtures such as doors, cabinetry, flooring (tile laying and flooring installation), Outlets and fans.

Use the clocking in sytem provided Perform drywall finishing, painting (construction painting), caulking, and other finishing trades to achieve a polished look Collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines and stay within budget constraints Maintain detailed documentation of work progress, materials used, safety incidents, and quality inspections Take pictures daily to document progress and send them to me. Everyone will clean the jobsite daily, including you. Qualifications Proven experience in construction estimating, framing carpentry, trim carpentry, roofing, siding installation, drywall finishing, tile laying or related fields Extensive hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, as listed above. Strong background in construction remodeling, including safety protocols Knowledge of blueprint reading for various trades including electrical schematics and structural plans ( not mandatory) Experience with concrete forming techniques and rebar installation for structural projects ( not mandatory) Familiarity with restoration industry practices such as mold remediation and water damage restoration processes Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining physical stamina for demanding tasks Skilled in fixture installation—doors hanging, cabinetry setup—and general remodeling activities Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients alike

If you don't have tools, you will be considered a helper and receive helper's pay regardless of experience? Are you able to match texture on drywall repair? How good are you with this. If you are not well-rounded and experienced it will be immediately obvious. Please don't waste our time applying for this position. Also, you will be working alongside others. All of our guys must clean the jobsite of trash and tools just like the helpers. This is everyone's responsibility. Being a lead guy makes you more responsible, not less responsible, for these very important parts of the everyday tasks.
