  • Full-time We're seeking an experienced, motivated, customer-focused leader to oversee daily operations at a fast-paced apartment community.
This role is responsible for supporting property performance, leading on-site team members, delivering excellent resident experiences, and ensuring the community maintains high operational and visual standards. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, sales-minded, and comfortable balancing leadership, leasing, resident relations, and property operations. This position occasionally requires flexibility, including availability for evenings and weekends as needed based on occupancy to support business demands.
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead and support daily operations of the apartment community while promoting a positive, professional team environment. Conduct regular inspections of the property, amenities, grounds, and common areas to maintain cleanliness, curb appeal, safety, and overall community presentation. Identify and address maintenance, safety, or operational concerns promptly and follow through to completion. Stay informed on local market trends, pricing strategies, and surrounding community developments to support occupancy and revenue goals. Collaborate on marketing initiatives, outreach efforts, resident retention programs, and community events. Ensure apartment homes are prepared to company standards for new resident move-ins. Monitor service request completion and resident satisfaction to ensure a high-quality living experience. Support leasing efforts by assisting with tours, lease paperwork, renewals, and resident onboarding when needed. Review and maintain accuracy of applications, lease files, resident records, and operational reports. Assist with rent collections, delinquency follow-up, and adherence to company policies and legal guidelines. Partner with maintenance leadership to coordinate make-ready schedules, vendor services, inventory oversight, and preventative maintenance initiatives. Oversee vendor and contract work to ensure quality service and cost-effective operations. Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management of on-site team members. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and applicable housing regulations. Maintain organized office operations, supply management, and efficient administrative workflows. Complete required operational, financial, and performance reporting accurately and on schedule. Communicate regularly with regional leadership regarding community performance, resident concerns, and operational needs. Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualification Requirements:
A minimum of 2+ years in a Property Manager or Community Manager specific role required Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Sales and customer service mindset with the ability to build relationships and drive resident satisfaction. Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, HappyCo, and ResMan highly preferred. Spanish-English Bilingual preferred, but not required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

$75,000.00
