Hotel Housekeeper

Responsibilities Thoroughly clean guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas following established standards of cleanliness and safety. Perform floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to keep all surfaces immaculate. Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, towels, and other supplies to ensure guest comfort. Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report them promptly. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while using cleaning chemicals and equipment responsibly. Maintain a detailed log of completed cleaning tasks and any issues encountered during shifts. Support team efforts in deep cleaning projects and special event preparations to uphold the hotel's high standards. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning equipment. Previous hotel experience or custodial experience is advantageous for understanding hospitality standards. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus but not mandatory. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods.
