As a Foreman in Training , you'll gain hands-on experience installing waterproofing and foundation repair systems while learning the skills needed to lead a crew and manage projects. No two days are the same. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, solve unique challenges, and help homeowners protect one of their most important investments: their home. If you enjoy working with your hands, being part of a team, and taking pride in a job well done, we'd love to talk with you. What You'll Do Train to become a Crew Foreman and lead installation teams. Install basement waterproofing systems, foundation repair solutions, sump pumps, and crawl space encapsulation systems. Learn to manage projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Work closely with Production Managers to ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule. Assist with site evaluations and project planning. Mentor and support crew members as your leadership responsibilities grow. Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide an exceptional customer experience. Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles. Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures. Attend team meetings and ongoing training sessions. What We're Looking For Construction experience preferred, but not required. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Leadership potential and desire to advance into a management role. Positive attitude and team-first mindset. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction. Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions. Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
