Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dependable Landscape Construction Foreman to lead and manage installation crews on a variety of landscaping projects. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in landscape construction, is a proven installer , and can work with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities Lead and oversee installation crews on residential and commercial landscape projects Build and install paver patios & walkways & fences Construct block and rock retaining walls Operate skid steers, mini excavators, and other equipment safely and efficiently Ensure all work is completed on time, on budget, and to company quality standards Train, motivate, and support crew members Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site Communicate effectively with staff and management Qualifications Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in landscape construction Proven ability to install and manage projects independently Strong communication and leadership skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Positive attitude and professional appearance Comfortable working outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions Ability to lift and carry heavy materials on a regular basis Valid driver's license (required) Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing job site conditions What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and performance Health Insurance Year-round employment with steady work Supportive, family-oriented team culture Opportunities for growth and career advancement
