Field Supervisor

Pay $21.50-$25.00 Per Hour Field Supervisor - AV Painting We are looking for a hands-on, people-oriented Field Supervisor who enjoys being out in the field, working with customers, and supporting crews to deliver high-quality paint jobs. AV Painting is a residential painting company that has been proudly serving the Seattle area for nearly 20 years. With a strong reputation built on quality, customer service, and consistency, we continue to grow year over year. This is a great role for someone who prefers being on the move, enjoys working outdoors, and takes pride in keeping projects running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

Visit active job sites throughout the Seattle area Build strong relationships with homeowners and ensure a great customer experience Check in with painters and crews to ensure quality and efficiency Deliver paint and materials to job sites as needed Take before, during, and after photos of projects Perform job site walkthroughs and ensure work meets company standards Communicate updates between customers, crews, and the office Identify and solve issues quickly in the field

What We're Looking For:

Enjoys working outdoors and being on the go Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable driving throughout the Seattle area Organized, dependable, and proactive Detail-oriented with an eye for quality Able to manage multiple projects at once Painting or construction experience is a plus, but not required

Requirements:

Reliable vehicle in good condition Valid driver's license Ability to travel daily between job sites
