They will be responsible for running a crew and completing jobs efficiently and effectively. Qualifications

• Valid Washington State driver's license and clean DMV record

REQUIRED

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to multi-task and manage time and completion of tasks
• Dependable, enthusiastic and willingness to learn
• Working knowledge of most industry standard landscape practices such as irrigation and drainage installation, planting and lawn installation, pavers and block wall installation.
• Experience working with landscape machines, equipment and power tools
