Civil Construction - Telecommunications Infrastructure - Tower Construction Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Foreman / Civil Telecom Construction Supervisor to oversee civil construction projects related to telecommunications infrastructure, including the construction of concrete foundations for telecom towers and the installation of associated structures. Key Responsibilities Supervise field crews and subcontractors. Organize and coordinate excavation, formwork, rebar installation, and concrete placement activities. Ensure quality control and compliance with project plans and specifications. Enforce OSHA safety standards and company safety policies. Manage lifting equipment and rigging operations. Monitor project schedules and budgets. Prepare daily reports and communicate progress to project management. Coordinate inspections and project closeout activities. Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Foreman or Supervisor in civil construction or telecommunications infrastructure. Proven experience with cellular tower foundations and telecom infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of concrete work, excavation, and rigging operations. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety requirements. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications. Valid driver's license. English required; French or Spanish is a plus.

Hourly Rate Equivalent:
