Overview Join our team as a construction worker and be a part of transforming blueprints into reality! This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from tiny house builds, to small residential homes and a large custom designed home utilizing your hands-on skills and technical knowledge. As a Construction Worker, you'll be able to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment. We are committed to providing paid positions that foster growth, teamwork, and craftsmanship. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and setup of construction projects, including layout and material organization Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to perform tasks such as concrete pouring, cutting, finishing, and formwork construction Install rebar, studs, framing, drywall, stucco, and roofing components with precision Support renovation projects by performing plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, tile laying, flooring installation, and restoration tasks Maintain a safe environment for everyone on site Requirements Ability to learn quickly Willingness to be trained in a variety of building projects Reliable transportation to arrive to work every day Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail in tasks like rebar installation or formwork construction Join us in building something great!
