DOE (Depending on Experience) We are looking for a hardworking, dependable individual to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, isn't afraid of physical labor, and is willing to learn a variety of skills in construction, landscaping, and equipment operation. Responsibilities Assist with lawn and landscape installation projects Support residential construction and remodeling crews Perform general labor and job site cleanup Assist with snow removal during winter months Operate equipment when qualified Complete miscellaneous tasks and projects as needed Work safely and efficiently as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Experience in general construction, landscaping, excavation, or related trades Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift heavy materials Experience operating heavy equipment is a plus Willingness and aptitude to learn equipment operation and new skills Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and follow directions What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Part-time position with opportunity to advance to full-time employment 6 paid holidays after successful completion of probationary period: New Year's Day Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day 40 hours of PTO annually after probationary period Simple IRA retirement plan Opportunities for growth, advancement, and skill development Who We're Looking For We're seeking someone reliable, motivated, and eager to learn.
