This position supports the installation, maintenance, and construction of athletic facilities and related site-work projects. Frequent overnight travel to job sites is an essential requirement of this position. Projects may be located across the region, and employees should expect to travel regularly and stay overnight as needed. Warner's Athletic Construction provides per diem and riding pay for qualifying travel to job sites.

Responsibilities:

Assist crew members with athletic construction, site preparation, installation, cleanup, and general labor duties Load, unload, move, and organize tools, materials, and equipment Operate hand tools and power tools safely after appropriate instruction Assist with grading, layout, fencing, surfacing, concrete, turf, drainage, and other project tasks as assigned Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all company safety procedures and direction from supervisors Report to job sites on time and work as part of a team

Qualifications:

Construction, landscaping, athletic-field, or general labor experience is preferred but not required Equipment operation experience is strongly preferred and will be considered a plus. Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, compactors, tractors, forklifts, or similar construction equipment is beneficial Must be willing and able to travel frequently, including overnight stays away from home Reliable transportation to designated meeting points or job sites Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding work Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment as required for the job Dependable attendance, strong work ethic, and positive team attitude Valid driver's license is preferred

Compensation and Travel:
