In this energetic role, you'll be actively involved in a variety of construction tasks, from framing and carpentry to finishing touches like trim and flooring. Your hands-on expertise will help ensure each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to develop your craft while contributing to the creation of exceptional living spaces. Responsibilities Assist in the construction and installation of building components including framing, drywall, flooring, tile, cabinetry, and trim carpentry. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively to complete various construction tasks. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure accurate project execution. Perform site inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with safety protocols and building standards. Install windows, glass panels, stucco, plastering, caulking, and other exterior or interior finishes. Manage building material installation including cabinetry, flooring, tile laying, and concrete finishing. Follow safety procedures diligently while working outdoors on various construction projects, ensuring a secure work environment for all team members. Experience Proven construction experience with a strong background in residential building projects. Familiarity with blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and construction plans. Hands-on experience with carpentry—including trim carpentry—and building material installation. Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems is highly desirable. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation for various construction tasks. Experience with remodeling projects or restoration work is a plus.
