Job Title:
Construction Laborer Pay Rate:
$16- 20 per hour (based on experience and performance)
Position Overview:
A-Plus Builders Inc. is hiring dependable Construction Laborers to support our growing operations. Laborers assist with site preparation, material handling, cleanup, and general construction tasks while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment.
- Prepare and maintain organized, safe, and clean job sites.
- Assist supervisors, carpenters, and other skilled trades.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other tasks as assigned to support project completion.
Qualifications:
- Previous construction or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work outdoors.
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented.
- Reliable transportation required.

Pay Rate:
$16- 20 per hour (DOE)
