Sheridan, Arkansas job type: Contract salary: $20.74 - 33.87 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Serve as the plant operations project manager for New Product Development (NPD/NPI), coordinating engineering, quality, production, and materials teams to hit launch targets.

Drive manufacturing inputs into early NPD designs using DFMA, design reviews, and FMEA to improve product reliability and ensure error-free launches.

Build comprehensive product cost models and conduct Make vs. Buy analyses using cash cost modeling, capacity evaluations, and asset optimization.

Implement Plan for Every Part (PFEP), cost reduction strategies, and supply chain integrity protocols to meet scheduled 'Inventory in Stock' dates.

Act as a change agent by ing engineering fundamentals to refine manufacturing processes, project management practices, and time-to-market workflows.
