$25.00 per hour General Laborer Job Summary Integrity Seeding & Construction is an up-and-coming construction company that specializes in SWPPP , performing work as a subcontractor for nationally recognized prime contractors . We are growing rapidly and perform federal, state, and private work. We believe in hard work and creating a culture where employees are valued for the hard work they give us every day. We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable General Laborer to join our expanding team.

General Laborer Key Responsibilities SWPPP Installation:

Install and maintain erosion and sediment control measures, including silt fences, straw wattles, and inlet protection.

Site Support:

Assist with site cleanup, debris removal, and general organization to ensure a safe work environment.

Manual Labor:

Execute physically demanding tasks including digging, trenching, and moving heavy materials (lumber, concrete, steel).

Tool Operation:

Safely operate basic hand tools and power tools as needed for site preparation.

Compliance:

Follow all site-specific safety protocols and federal site access guidelines.

General Laborer Requirements Experience:

Background in construction , manual labor , or outdoor field work.

Federal Job Eligibility:

Must be a U.S. Citizen (required for access to specific federal project sites).

Physical Ability:

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50-75 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Documentation:

Possession of a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to job sites. General Laborer Preferred Skills Previous experience with erosion control or environmental construction . Experience working on federal or state-funded projects . Familiarity working as a subcontractor on large-scale commercial sites. Ability to follow instructions precisely and work well within a team culture.

General Laborer Compensation & Growth Pay Rate:

Starting at $25.00 per hour .
