Monday-Friday, with overtime available We are looking for a skilled and experienced Construction Worker to join our team. We need someone who takes pride in their work, has strong construction skills, and can work independently while maintaining high-quality standards. Job Responsibilities Perform a variety of skilled construction and remodeling work Read and follow plans, drawings, and job specifications Perform framing, drywall, finish work, concrete, carpentry, and general construction tasks Safely operate hand and power tools Measure, cut, install, and finish construction materials accurately Assist with repairs, renovations, and new construction Identify problems and find practical solutions on the job Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Work independently and as part of a team Follow company safety procedures and maintain quality workmanship Qualifications 3+ years of construction experience preferred Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction Proficient with hand and power tools Able to read plans and take accurate measurements Able to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and quality Dependable, punctual, and hardworking Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical construction work Valid driver's license required What We're Looking For We want someone who is skilled, dependable, and ready to work .
