Construction Laborer

Job Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer and be at the forefront of building excellence! In this energetic role, you will contribute to a variety of construction projects by performing essential manual tasks, assisting skilled workers, and maintaining safe, clean work environments. Duties Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Clean and prepare job sites Dig trenches and backfill holes Operate tools such as drills and jackhammers Mix and pour concrete or asphalt Assist skilled workers (e.g., carpenters, masons) Follow safety regulations and OSHA standards Build and dismantle temporary structures Move materials using carts or wheelbarrows Requirements Prior experience working on construction sites or in related trades is highly preferred. Ability to follow instructions and adapt to tasks Basic math skills for measurements and inventory Physical stamina for heavy lifting and demanding manual labor throughout shifts.
