Job Description
Position Overview This is a hands-on position that plays an important role in keeping our construction projects organized and moving forward. The ideal candidate is hardworking, dependable, physically capable, and enjoys a variety of tasks rather than sitting behind a desk. No two days are exactly the same. If you enjoy staying active, working independently, and being part of a quality construction team, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Load excess construction materials and debris into a trailer Haul materials to the landfill or recycling facility Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of trash Assist with material deliveries and organization Move and stage materials as needed Perform light construction labor and miscellaneous job site tasks Pick up supplies from local vendors when needed Help ensure each job site reflects our high standards of cleanliness and professionalism Assist project managers and superintendents with various daily tasks Qualifications Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to safely tow a trailer Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly Strong work ethic and positive attitude Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision Construction experience is helpful but not required Experience operating basic hand and power tools is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary: $60,000-$80,000 annually , based on experience Full-time, year-round employment Opportunity to work on beautiful luxury custom homes Supportive, professional team environment Variety in your work—no repetitive days Opportunities for growth and increased responsibility Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who shows up on time, takes initiative, notices what needs to be done without being asked, and takes pride in keeping job sites clean and organized.
