Job Description
A good understanding of quality finish, construction process and trade knowledge with strong general repair skills. A keen eye for detail and physical stamina are greatly valued. Must have at least two years' experience in a skilled trade. Not looking for demo, laborers or to train.
Looking for following trades:
Conventional Framing, Metal Stud Framing, Drywall, Grid Ceiling, Plumbing, Tile Setting, Masonry Construction Qualifications:
- Must have own tools (basic hand tools/power tools)
- Good communication with others, organized and self-motivated
- Advanced problem-solving skills
- Basic math skills, able to read and write and provide written info when asked
- Attention to detail, complete all work with quality in mind
- Highly skilled, motivated diligent workers
- Technical knowledge and strong general repair skills in remodeling
- Willingness to travel out of town for jobs
- Adequate knowledge of building design and common construction materials
- Operating vehicle and cell phone, valid Driver's license and insurance Pay is dependent on skill level, quality of workmanship and work ethic.
