Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Laborer to join our manufacturing team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for supporting production processes, operating various tools and equipment, and ensuring that safety standards are upheld at all times. Your hands-on expertise will contribute to efficient factory operations, quality assembly, and continuous process improvements. Duties Operate forklifts and power tools safely to move materials within the manufacturing facility Use measuring instruments and interpret technical drawings to assist in precise assembly and fabrication tasks Perform manual handling and heavy lifting to support production line activities Assemble components using hand tools, mechanical knowledge, and assembly line techniques Follow safety protocols rigorously to maintain a secure work environment for all team members Assist with process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions Manage production documentation accurately to ensure traceability and quality control Requirements Proven experience working in a factory or manufacturing environment, with familiarity in warehouse procedures preferred Demonstrated ability to operate forklifts, power tools, and measuring instruments safely and effectively Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in mechanical assembly and interpreting technical drawings Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks consistently without fatigue Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and safety standards in production settings Excellent hand tool skills along with experience managing production or assembly teams is a plus Valid certifications for forklift operation and safety protocol adherence are highly desirable Join our team to be part of a vibrant manufacturing environment where your skills drive success!
