Duties Perform demolition work safely and efficiently Paint interiors and exteriors with attention to detail Perform drywall installation and finishing Install various types of flooring (laminate, hardwood, tile, etc.) Assist with plumbing work (e.g., faucet, toilet, and pipe installations) Keep worksite clean, organized, and safe Follow project plans, instructions, and safety protocols Collaborate with team members to build structures according to design specifications. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various construction tools and equipment safely Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans accurately Proficiency in concrete forming, concrete finishing, and concrete cutting techniques Knowledge of rebar installation, formwork construction, and metal stud framing methods Familiarity with construction estimating processes and understanding of safety protocol adherence Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper posture and technique Hands-on experience working on diverse construction projects with a focus on safety and quality standards

Requirements:
