Call or text Jazmine at 661-775-2570. •1st shift- starting at 7am •Pay range: $20-$24hr (DOE) Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Skilled Laborers to assist with vegetation management and general grounds maintenance. This position requires hands-on outdoor work in various weather conditions. Candidates must have at least 6-12 months of recent experience in landscaping, vegetation control, groundskeeping, or a related field. Responsibilities Operated heavy equipment including loaders, skid steers, excavators, and dump trucks to support construction and landscaping projects Performed grading, trenching, digging, and site preparation with precision and adherence to project specifications Installed landscaping features such as sod, irrigation systems, gravel, mulch, and hardscape elements Maintained and serviced equipment, including daily inspections, fueling, and minor repairs to ensure safe operation Read and interpreted blueprints, site plans, and work orders to tasks efficiently Assisted with concrete work, including forming, pouring, and finishing surfaces Cleared and prepared job sites by removing debris, vegetation, and obstacles Followed all OSHA safety standards and company procedures to maintain a safe work environment Worked collaboratively with crew members, contractors, and supervisors to meet deadlines Used hand and power tools to complete various construction and landscaping tasks Loaded and unloaded materials, tools, and equipment for transport to and from job sites Performed erosion control and drainage work to support long-term landscape stability Requirements Minimum 12 months of recent experience in vegetation work, landscaping, groundskeeping, or related labor Ability and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.) Steel toe work boots at all times on the job site Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physically demanding tasks Reliable transportation to and from job site Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment following the law.
