Experienced Laborer Spurr Co. Overview Spurr Co. is looking for experienced general laborers to join our team. Experience in wet and dry utilities is required . Our work load are commercial and residential housing tracts from Paso Robles to Lompoc with most work in Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo. The majority of our jobs are private with a few prevailing wage. All employees will receive an evaluation after 90 days of employment to ensure job standards are being met. Job duties and responsibilities include and are not limited to operating and caring for construction equipment and machines, helping equipment operators as necessary, prepping and cleaning job sites, loading and unloading material, timeliness and preparedness, following safety rules and protocols while performing job duties, working efficiently and effectively, being a team player and following instructions and directions from superiors.
