Line Cook Responsibilities Precision Execution:

Prepare and plate diverse menu items with speed and accuracy during our peak morning and weekend rushes.

Station Management:

Own your station from setup to breakdown, ensuring a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace at all times.

Quality Assurance:

Maintain our high standards for every dish; we use fresh, local ingredients and expect every plate to be "Instagram-ready."

Team Synergy:

Maintain clear, professional communication with both FOH and BOH staff to ensure smooth service and efficient ticket times.

Operational Discipline:

Follow standardized recipes and portioning to ensure consistency for our loyal local following.

Line Cook Qualifications Proven Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, professional restaurant kitchen. Experience with breakfast/brunch service is a significant advantage.

Technical Skill:

Strong knife skills, knowledge of food safety standards (ServSafe), and the ability to multitask across multiple orders.

Reliability:

Punctuality is non-negotiable. Our morning team depends on everyone being ready to go before the first cup of coffee is poured.

Weekend Availability:

Saturday and Sunday availability is required , as these are our most exciting and high-volume days.
